Early access opens in May 2026. As soon as your access is ready, you'll get an email with all the details.
How long is JOKKEN free?
From the day your access is unlocked until the official public launch — likely about a month. During this time you use JOKKEN at the Starter tier feature set (€49/month) completely free and without a credit card. Pro and Business features will roll out progressively during early access.
What happens at the public launch?
14 days before launch you'll get an email with the founder tier (permanently cheaper than regular pricing). You actively decide whether to continue. Without your explicit consent, there is no charge.
When does JOKKEN go publicly live?
We plan to go publicly live shortly after the early access phase. Early access members will be the first to know the exact date.
Are there any limits or hidden costs?
No hidden costs and no credit card required. During early access you use JOKKEN at the Starter tier feature set — with everything you need to test the platform in real-world conditions. Pro and Business features roll out progressively as they become production-ready.
Where is my data stored? Is JOKKEN GDPR-compliant?
JOKKEN is GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany. Your data is transmitted end-to-end encrypted and is not used to train AI models. The same standards apply during early access as in later production use.
What happens with my email address?
We only use it to keep you updated on our progress and the launch. No spam, no selling to third parties.
